March 18th 2020, so far this has been a year of misinformation and a global pandemic. Our towns leaders are not explaining the seriousness of the COVID-19 virus. There are no tests to be given and the tests that were given are not being read as they did not meet criteria set by the CDC.
People need to NOT panic and use good hand washing procedures. Cover coughs, stay out of public gatherings as much as possible and use your local hotlines if you have any of the main symptoms of the virus; fever, cough and shortness of breath.
The next issue is hording in stores and price gouging. The older population and anyone with underlying medical issues are at greater risk of getting sick from this virus including dying. So please look out for your neighbors and loved ones who fit these categories.
Today I turned 60 years young and continue to seek the Lords will for my life and that of my family. We are still seeking a Church to pastor and continue to pray for Gods guidance in showing us His plans.
I will continue to update on the state of the virus as it continues to evolve. Stay safe and listen to the experts in the CDC and doctors in your area. Always be on the look out for wolves in sheep's clothing!
God Bless and stay safe!

My comfort in my suffering is this: Your promise preserves my life.

Hello and God bless! as we enter Spring we can begin to see plants and flowers begin to grow. Some areas are still being hit by the hard winter, but there is an end in site. During this Spring season it is a good time to reflect on our own lives and take an inventory of growth over the past year. If there has not been a lot then maybe changing a few things to get back on track with God and his will for each of our lives. Remember to keep prayer a daily event (many times a day). Talk to Jesus often as He can hear you and does answer you when you pray. Thank you and God Bless ~ Pastor Mike Proverbs 22:6 (ESV) Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it. |
